  • TEAM ADRENALINE:  Workouts that are purely “organic” outdoor group fitness program. Utilizing no equipment or devices whatsoever, just the machine called the human body. Program will be rolling out to several corporations in the Northern Virginia region as well as to current practice members.  Stay tuned…
